- We currently deliver within Scotland only.
- Orders placed before 6:00 pm may be delivered the same day; orders after 6:00 pm may be delivered the following day.
- Deliveries are usually completed within 24–48 hours.
- Customers must select the correct delivery category (Basic, Medium, or Large) at checkout to ensure accurate fees.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Fresh & Perishable Goods
- For health and safety reasons, fresh, chilled, and frozen items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.
- Customers are responsible for being available to receive deliveries. We cannot refund or replace perishable goods that spoil due to missed deliveries.
6. Returns & Refunds

- Non-perishable goods may be returned within 14 days, if unused and in original packaging.
- Fresh/perishable items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once approved.
